Chapter 1: Reports Available
Different reports can be retrieved from the seller portal to give you insights about your product visibility and sales. Following are 2 types of reports that you should look at.
Types of Reports
Short Allocation Report
The Marketplace Short Allocation Report allows our sellers to monitor average fulfillment rate of their store. A SKU level breakdown to track quantity ordered and quantity received by our warehouse over days, weeks or months within a date range will be available for viewing.
Example use cases of how the Short Allocation Report can be used:
- To monitor average fulfillment rate of the store within a date range.
- To find out which SKU was not fulfilled on a certain day.
Seller Analytics Report
The Marketplace Seller Analytics Dashboard is a new feature which allows our sellers to monitor and analyse the performance of their store and products. A trend-line graph and SKU level breakdown to track sales over days, weeks or months within a date range will be available for viewing.
Example use cases of how the dashboard can be used:
- To monitor SKU/store performance before and after a marketing campaign
- To monitor SKU performance after a price change
- To analyse impact of seasonal or external events on store/SKU
Please note that the dashboard should not be used to compare against any financial/billing reports.
On the Marketplace Dashboard, click Reports -> Short Allocation Report
You will greeted with this landing screen, an appropriate date range search parameters will then have to be entered in order for data to be displayed.
The ‘From’ and 'To' filter captures all the customer orders received by our warehouse within the selected time period.
Click on 'Go' for the data to be generated.
Once selected, it will show all relevant SKU/Performance data within the date range.
How do we find our average fulfillment rate?
The average fulfillment rate can be found on the top left corner for the store performance between 2 date ranges.
How do we know which SKUs are unfulfilled?
For unfilfilled SKUs, there will be a difference between the 'Qty Ordered' and 'Qty Received By PFC'.
For the example below, it shows 2 quantity that are not received by our warehouse.

How does the ‘Date Range’ filter work?
The ‘Date Range’ filter captures all the customer orders created within the selected time period.

How do we use the ‘Comparison Date Range’ feature?
The ‘Comparison Date Range’ allows sellers to compare performance of SKUs between 2 date ranges.
Step 1: Click on the ‘Comparison’ checkbox first.
Step 2: Following which, select the new date range to compare.
Step 3: Once done, the comparison chart will be shown accordingly as below:
What is the definition of ‘Total Revenue’ and ‘Total Quantity Sold’ under the ‘Total Sales’ section?
Total Revenue = the total sales recorded (after discounts) within selected time period. The figure excludes cancelled orders.
Total Quantity Sold = the total quantity sold to customers for all SKUs within the selected time period. The figure excludes cancelled orders.
Am I able to group the chart date range in weeks or months?
Yes, simply click on any one of the groupings below - Day, Week or Month.

Am I able to sort / filter the metrics under the ‘Product Sales’ section?
Yes, all columns/metrics in the ‘Product Sales’ section can be sorted and filtered. Simply click on the header titles to activate the sort/filter features. An example is below:
I’d like to download the SKU report for my team’s analysis. How do I do that?
Simply click on the ‘Download Report’ button available. An .xlsx file will be downloaded. Report is available for SKU performance only.
