From 15th April to 21st April 2018 the 4th L/T/T (Learning/Teaching/Training) in the framework of the Erasmus+ project “More Successful Students with ICT” took place at Karl-Sellheim-Schule in Eberswalde (Germany).
The key issue was working with the program Windows Movie Maker. In preparation for the L/T/T in Germany the students of each country created previously a movie about a traditional dish of their homeland.
Furthermore the students recorded movies and took pictures during our activities of the L/T/T. This material was used to create another movie about the stay in Germany. Therefore five mixed groups with students of different countries were built to create five varied movies.
The students focused in their work with Movie Maker on the following main functions of the program:
- Selecting material (photos and/or videos)
- Intro
- Inserts
- Background music
- Transition effects
- Video effects
- Video speed
- Outro / end credits
Both movies have been appraised at the end of the week. All teachers and students have been very pleased with the work.
