TPM in Slupsk Poland

The 1st Transnational Meeting of „More Successful Sudents with ICT” Erasmus+ project took place over three days with the form of working sessions and team building activities.

The working sessions included the official opening and closing of the meeting and roundtables focusing on discussing all priorities and agendas, such as development of the project and the best approach to it.

The partners presented and transmitted some information on these topics:

Ø Project Details;

Ø Budget Summary;

Ø TPM -Organisation and calendar;

Ø LTT -Organisation and calendar;

Ø Partners withdraw (Grant Agreement Amendment Request Form);

Ø Institutional management tools (Mobility Tools);

Ø Administrative project management (Organization of tasks, communication, dissemination, use of the grant);

Ø Responsibilities of the partnership

Ø Progress report

This meeting was useful for the knowledge of all partners. All the work was carried out with the arduous participation of each element of this group, the desire to seek and find common solutions.

The partners were to find the 5th or 6th grade classes of the school that are directly involved in this project and among which will be selected students for the Teaching / Learning Activities to the countries involved. Another point on the things to do during this meeting was voting the logo of the project. All present partners had a vote they could assign to a logo that was not their own. The winner is the logo proposed by the Polish school. It will be used from now on all documents, products etc. resulted from our project. Each partner presented their educational institution in film, ppt or other digital tool.

All participants received a certificate of attendance.
