LOS CUATRO ELEMENTOS
Cuatro grandes estructuras alusivas a los cuatro elementos de la naturaleza: aire, agua, tierra y fuego definen el borde ribereño. Dos de ellas son miradores que ofrecen a los visitantes una visión panorámica de la ciudad y sus alrededores.
ELEMENTO TIERRA
Comprende una torre miradora elaborado en acero y madera, con un gran toldo de lona verde, dedicado a la Tierra, representa la fertilidad y productividad del suelo guayaquileño. Ubicada en la losa +6, pintada de color verde, en su estructura consta una placa que contiene el siguiente mensaje:
TIERRA
Materia de lo real el abrazo de dios, mater materia tierra y madre
Madre tierra hija del agua
Hermana amante y señora del fuego
Mujer del cielo concebio las fuentes los rios, los minerales
LOS METALES
La fecundidad la generacion, las edades
Los horizontes los caminos, los espacios que pueden ser tocados
La firmeza la solidez, el equilibrio la justicia
La conciencia protectora de la nada proveedora del todo.
ELEMENTO TIERRA
Four large structures alluding to the four elements of nature: air, water, earth and fire define the riversideedge. Two of them are viewpoints that offer visitors a panoramic view of the city and its surroundings.
EARTH ELEMENT
It comprises a lookout tower made of steel and wood, with a large green canvas awning, dedicated to the Earth, it represents the fertility and productivity of the Guayaquil soil. Located on slab +6, painted green, its structure includes a plaque containing the following message:

Sister lover and lady of fire
Woman from heaven conceived the sources, the rivers, the minerals
THE METALS
Fertility generation, ages
The horizons the pathways, the spaces that can be touched
The firmness the solidity, the balance the justice
The protective consciousness of nothing providing everything
