LOS CUATRO ELEMENTOS
Cuatro grandes estructuras alusivas a los cuatro elementos de la naturaleza: aire, agua, tierra y fuego definen el borde ribereño. Dos de ellas son miradores que ofrecen a los visitantes una visión panorámica de la ciudad y sus alrededores.
ELEMENTO FUEGO
Comprende una torre mirador ubicada en la losa +6, se levanta sobre una estructura que se observa a varios metros de distancia de la Plaza Cívica, pintada de color rojo. En su estructura consta una placa que contiene el siguiente mensaje:

La idea de la intuicion

LA MUERTE DE LA VIDA PASADA
Nueva sangre

RECONSTRUCCION
Renacimiento

el hombre deja de ser animal con el fuego
El hombre vuelve a ser animal con el fuego, porque es el único elemento que el hombre robó de los dioses.
THE FOUR ELEMENTS
Four large structures alluding to the four elements of nature: air, water, earth and fire define the riverside edge. Two of them are viewpoints that offer visitors a panoramic view of the city and its surroundings.
FIRE ELEMENT
It includes a lookout tower located on slab +6, it stands on a structure that can be seen several meters away from the Plaza Cívica, painted red. In its structure there is a plate that contains the following message:

MAN BECOMES AN ANIMAL WITH FIRE, BECAUSE IT IS THE ONLY ELEMENT THAT MAN STOLE FROM THE GODS.
