INGREDIENTS
3 cups of coconut milk
½ kilo (or about 1.1 pounds) of brown sugar
½ kilo (or about 1.1 pounds) of flour
Banana leaves
PROCEDURES
Banana leaf cups: Make small cones out of banana leaves.
Sweet batter: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Steam time: Stand the banana leaf cones upright in a steamer and fill them halfway with batter. Steam for 20-30 minutes.
Cool down: Let the Pasong cool before you enjoy them.
