Goodbye Profile Cards, Hello Discovery!
In the upcoming update of modcore Extension Manager, we’re retiring Profile Cards and replacing them with the brand-new Discovery hub - a faster, cleaner, and more powerful way to access all of modcore EM’s features.
Why the Change?
Profile Cards were our first attempt at giving users a personal touch inside modcore EM, showing stats, badges, and profile information. While Profile Cards were fun and informative, we realized most users wanted quick access to the powerful tools modcore EM offers, without extra clutter.
Discovery focuses on usability, discoverability, and workflow, helping you get things done faster.
What’s New in Discovery
The Discovery hub puts everything you need in one convenient place:
Feature Grid - A clean grid of icons representing modcore EM’s tools.
Clickable Access - Quickly open any feature (like Automations, Inspect, or Timeline) in one click.
Reorderable Icons - Customize the order of features so your most-used tools are always at the top.
Quick Actions - Actions like Enable/Disable All extensions or access Chrome’s native extension management page.
Clean Design - No usernames, badges, or stats cluttering your view - just the tools you need.
