5.20 - alarm goes off. I slowly sneak out so Dylan doesn't notice I'm leaving and wake up. Have breakfast. I get the day's Duolingo in too.

5.35 - get dressed, brush my teeth and get ready to go

6.00 - time to go and Dylan wakes up. Get him a drink and a small bag of popcorn for a snack and settle him back down. I put the hoodie Gareth needs to remember on the hook with his car keys.

6.10 - drive to work takes 10 mins and I pull up to see a delivery truck! Told by the cover manager that another colleague is on his way in to do the delivery. I message Gareth to remember the hoodie and to (BIL) James for Dylan's pillow he left there last.

6.30 - start doing picks and getting ready for the store to open. I'm then just doing hosting and tills.

10.35 - break time. Thankfully, because I'm peckish. Packet of crisps and a chocolate bar. I had a message from Gareth saying he was heading out to his mum's with Dylan just over half an hour before I get to my break so can't really message as he will be driving.

12.30 - I had luckily had to do PI's (stock checking) for the last of my shift. I got a message from Gareth saying he forgot the hoodie. I sign out and head to Greggs as I have a free hot food to redeem.

1.04 - I'm home. Shoes off, was hands and eat my Greggs toastie 😁

I end up doing the washing up, catch up on the news... Realise I was supposed to pop into Asda on the way home 🤦🏻‍♀️ I needed to collect Dylan's new trousers. Double check and I have until the 10th but will have time after my shift tomorrow.

Gareth calls to say Dylan is staying over at his mum and Gordon's. He has no clothes or anything there with him and his cousins are staying over too. James remembered Dylan's pillow 😊

Only April fools videos I watch are ETA Prime (new "handheld" device that is a monitor) and Linus Tech Tips (potato farm) lol.

Had a bath (read almost half the Enola Holmes book), Gareth came home, spoke with dad for ages next door and then came home. I had crispy chicken, chips and beans for dinner and we watched Tetris - finishing at 8.25

Dylan video chats just before 9pm, we were watching Luke the notable and found it funny when he knocked the mouse was looking up and it was raining so he gargled 🤣

Head to bed to watch a couple of YouTube videos and then I head to the spare room. Read some more Enola Holmes and go to sleep.
