Breakwater Partners LLC: Lewes approves Savannah Road parcels annexation: Lewes Mayor and City Council unanimously approved the annexation of three parcels located on Savannah Road that are owned by Breakwater Partners LLC. The vote at the April 8 council meeting followed the recommendation from the city’s annexation committee. Council also unanimously voted to zone the annexed parcels R-5.
