Handling Rules 

Maintenance cheq case scenarios:

1. The unit contract before March-2022:

• Handed-over :  maintenance cheq cases will be handled by customer care.

• Non handed over:   cheq will be handled by handover team.

2. The unit contract after March-2022: (any inquiries about maintenance cheqs we will refer back to customer care case by case)

• Non-Handed over:  the cheq is not due the case should be handled by customer care.

• Non-Handed over the cheq due the case should be handled by collection team.

• Handed over: the case should be handled by handover team.

The below cases sending from the contact center mail: 

1. Active units with blocked status (MCD and MIP):  to be directed to Collection team

2. Terminated status (MCD and MIP): to be directed to customer care team

Work Permits & Insurance Cheques Process 

MCD Process :

1- First Work permits issuance : Will be handled by handover once confirmed that client settle all duties.

2- Work permit renewal: Community – confirming that no violations on units .

3-Insurance Cheques: Community – to handle all insurance cheques process.

MIP Process: 

As for MIP we continue with the normal process that this Task will be handled through the Alterations Team. 

Blocked Units Hay Italy:

When the client call us asking for any request regarding to maintenance we has to inform the client that his unit is blocked and we can't make the request because of his due amounts  we don't make the request for the client and we can give him Omar Mohamed number or Ayman Ismail Number and we has to close the case FCR on SAP system.

صندوق الاستثمار :-

تابعت شركة مصر إيطاليا العقارية الأخبار المتداولة حول قرار مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية، بشأن وقف نشاط صندوق استثمار مصر إيطاليا العقارى عن مزاولة النشاط المرخص له به.

وفى ضوء ذلك تؤكد الشركة أن الصندوق مستقل بذاته وأن الظروف التي تأسس الصندوق بموجبها قد تغيرت بالكامل، لذلك فإن الصندوق لم يتم العمل به منذ تأسيسه ومتوقف عن ممارسة نشاطه، رغبة فى إلغائه،  ولا يوجد له علاقة بشركة مصر  إيطاليا العقارية أو  أي من مشروعاتها، وأن الشركة الآن تبحث حاليا مع الجهات المعنية وقف نشاط الصندوق نهائيا.
