as per management FIT - OUT team will start works on DE-Gate system with contact center with agreed problem codes with SLAs.

Agreed points:

1. All services requests will assigned on fit-out team.

2. All services requests will be closed from fit out team after contacting the client informing the information.

3. Surveys will be communicated after obtaining stakeholders approvals for the related problem codes.
