Alteration 

Briefly :

 We’ll hear that name usually after or during the unit handing over process , their major responsibility for all requests or issue related to construction or technical changes needed inside units .

Generally , Alteration team rule related to below scenarios

1. Modification & finishing :

• Responsible for internal & external modifications required by owners with providing the price list if needed .

• The alteration Dep. not authorized for Hay Italy snags or modifications requests it should be assign to community 

2. work Permits :

• Responsibility of providing permissions for Owners for internal and external modifications

3. Site Visit :

• Currently the available site visits only for IL Bosco ( Site visit on hold till further notice)

Mainly they’re set the appointment with customer after alignment with call center management and provide the timing of visits for each customer .
