BLURB: Our working conditions are our students’ learning conditions. We strive to have safe schools for students to thrive. This safety is based on feelings of support and belonging. Students do best when they see themselves represented within the educators that support them and through true restorative justice practices. We want schools that support our students to be authentically themselves, that also support students’ whole health–physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
