BLURB: Disabled students and workers are neglected, dehumanized, and excluded. The district and union must always presume competence of all students, staff, and families. Every student has the right to self-determination, consent, and autonomy through a rigorous education that centers their individual needs and future goals. We must reject behaviorism and use of authoritative control over individuals in the school system and beyond into our communities, nations, and the world. An accessible future for all is necessary for the liberation of all people.
