Jeanne's Rice Salad
Start With:
1 Pckg. Chicken Rice-A-Roni - Cooked as Directed & Cooled
Combine With:
1 Large Green Pepper
1 Cup Celery - Chopped
3 Green Onions - Chopped
1 Cup Green Salad Olives - Drained
2 Small Jars Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained, reserve marinated
1 Cup Cashews - Whole or Pieces
Dressing:
Combine Marinade & 1 Cup Mayonnaise - Blend or Shake Well
Toss Ingredients Together
Add Cashews Just Prior to Serving or They Will Get Soft
Can Be Made One Day in Advance
Alternatives:
Add Shredded Chicken Breasts
Add Curry to Dressing
