Ingredients
Base
1 cup heavy cream
4-5 Eggs
1-1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh pepper
1/4 tsp garlic granules/powder
Other Ingredients -- The Fan Favorite
1 cup bacon bits (cooked)
1-1/2 cup little potatoes - cooked soft in bacon grease
1/2 onions - caramelized in bacon grease
Light rosemary sprinkle on top
Preparation
Cook at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes then drop the temperature to 325 degrees for an additional 25-30 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes.
