Egg Bake
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Sausage (Regular) - Browned & Crumbled
- 6 Slices Pepperidge Farm Thin Sliced Bread - Crusts Removed & Cut Into 1/2" Cubes
- 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Longhorn Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 5 Eggs
- 2 Cups Half & Half
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tsp. Dry Mustard
Preparation
In a 13 x 9" dish layer bread cubes and cooked and drained sausage. Mix together cheese, eggs, half & half, salt, and dry mustard. Pour over the top of the bread and sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 300° and continue baking for an additional 35 minutes. Serve immediately with plenty of picante sauce.
