Quick and Easy Salmon Filets
- Place Fish on Oiled Broiler Pan, or On Foil That Has Been Sprayed with Pam
- Brush Fish With a Mixture of 2 Tbs Teriyaki Sauce and 1 Tbs Olive Oil
- Broil 4" From Heat for 5 Minutes
- Turn and Cook 5-6 Minutes Until Fish Flakes
- Serve with Lemon Wedges
Note: 1 pound of salmon filets makes 2 or 3 servings
