I created this design document in PowerPoint. It encompasses information gained from the training needs analysis, scoping meeting and information obtained from an SME.
This Design Document and Storyboard is the second portion (module) of the Collaborate in the Cloud course. The Coarse goal is for participants to be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the Share feature in Microsoft Office 365 to optimize workplace communication, collaboration and increase productivity.
The Learning Objective for Module 2 is for participants to demonstrate how to apply the Share feature from a desktop version of a Microsoft Office application, from the File menu, and while working within an open browser application from their OneDrive.
Module 2 of the Collaborate in the Cloud course focus is on how to utilize the Share feature. Prior to this part of the course, participants have selected an application, created a product, and are ready to share and collaborate with a colleague or peer on their product.
The course was developed in PowerPoint and recorded via Zoom.com then uploaded into YouTube. I'm currently learning Premiere Pro as my video editing tool. I'll be combining this video with the Share Demo Video below very soon.

This Share feature demonstration video was recorded in Zoom.com using the newest Share Screen Beta (test|pilot) that allows the presenter to share a PowerPoint as the background and have the presenter onscreen. Eventually this video will be edited in Premiere Pro as an extension to the Module 2 course video above.
