Hi, I'm Joanie - an Instructional Designer and Learning Consultant at Musser Consulting Group (dba) Mindset To Learn. I have a master's degree in Instructional Design & Technology with a focus on eLearning from the University of Central Florida, in addition to 27 years of experience in learning and development, 15 years as an instructor, and 13 years as a contract consultant. My mission is to develop and grow skill sets, change behaviors, and bring value to personal and professional lives. While managing projects, designing and delivering engaging learning experiences are my strengths; working with clients and building trusting relationships to find solutions to meet their needs is my passion. 

In addition to being dedicated to my work, I'm the host of The Mindset To Learn Podcast,[Spotify] [Apple] where I discuss trending issues in the field of learning and Development with some of the brightest minds in the industry, encouraging listeners to foster a growth mindset and inspire a commitment to continuous learning and personal growth. 

My work with the learning community includes serving 2 years as the Vice President of Membership Services and a new term as the Vice President of Programs for the Central Florida Association of Talent Development chapter. In these roles, I introduce new members to the various opportunities and promote active participation in our programs and volunteer activities. This helps enrich networking and professional development experiences. I also lead the strategic development and execution of high-impact programming to ensure engaging, insightful, and value-driven programs that align with ATD’s mission and our members’ professional growth.
