Overview: The Corporate Culture Walk learning scenario is a micro-lesson based on the Experiential Learning Approach. This scenario offers opportunities for participants in leadership roles to engage in real-world activities that will support them while they actively analyze their workplace and eventually create a strategic plan that will empower change in the chemistry of their workplace culture.
Paired with discussion board tasks, the instructional video is designed with a learner-centered authentic assessment, created to elicit participant reflection, draw realistic conclusions, make inferences about why and what they experienced, and facilitate collaboration among colleagues in leadership roles.
There are two learning theories represented in the design of the Culture Walk scenario; Andragogy and Social Constructivism. Click on the View Learning Theory Analysis to read more.

Overview: Compare Workplace Cultures eLearning interactive activity is designed to engage learners in exploring and evaluating their company's culture, is a dynamic, scenario-based interactive module. Using realistic scenarios, such as those involving characters like Jill, Kate, and Jason, the activity prompts learners to reflect on their own workplace environments through a series of questions linked to expert advice and articles. This learning approach encourages learners to make personal connections with the content, facilitating a deeper understanding of their own company culture.
The scenarios present a range of company cultures, from those thriving with recognition and continuous learning to those struggling with high turnover and poor management. By considering these varied situations, participants gain insights into what might be applicable in their own contexts. The objective of this activity is to prompt learners to think critically about their current practices and envision practical improvements.
The design of the multiple-choice selections is informed by learning theories that emphasize reflection and self-assessment, enabling learners to apply the concepts discussed to their own experiences at work. This not only enhances personal relevance but also supports the learner in making informed decisions about potential changes in their workplace culture.

Overview: In this interactive eLearning module, I designed an engaging learning experience that teaches multimodal communication strategies through scenario-based learning and interactive decision points. Using Articulate Storyline, I incorporated audio narration, branching scenarios, and knowledge checks to ensure learners actively engage with the content rather than passively consume information.
To enhance accessibility and engagement, I integrated Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, including closed captions, multimedia-rich content, and adaptive interactions. This project highlights my ability to translate complex concepts into practical, interactive learning experiences—a skill I apply to developing effective training solutions that meet diverse learner needs.
