Career Coaching & Counseling

These are "general career advise" services are available to advise seekers through social media networks like LinkedIn, Facebook and possibly some dedicated employment/recruitment networks as Bayt. 

I have been doing this for sometime now over the net and in person for people who can afford to come and meet me.  I have done it for teenagers trying to determine what path to take in life, for high school graduates asking what specialization to take in higher education. fresh university graduates seeking employment/work opportunities, and for professionals seeking way to improve their skills/experiences and how to advance further in their careers.

Coaching and counseling service is  basically free for all of these categories of people at these critical points in their professional career.  It is different from "executive level coaching and business counseling"  which is more specific and bound to business performance and financial results.   So, we need to differentiate these two situations when asking for help.

In my social networks (LinkedIn and Facebook specifically), I have close to 23,000 connections, friends, and members.  I have more than 15 professional groups  that I started at different times for different purposes. I also moderate couple of groups that I do not own, but are very significant in their focus and in their level of membership which exceed 30,000 members,   I participate in professional groups that reach 40,000 and even 50,000 and more members on very critical topics as employment and work opportunities. 

All in all, I believe I got what it takes to offer a helping hand for free for the younger generation trying to set their feet in the road towards professional and career success.
