Two levels of alignment 

There are two levels of alignment possible; the first and primary one between the corporate-level and the different departments/functions to align their operations with the strategic direction.  the second one is between the employees within one function/department and their department-level mandates and obligations.

This service may take 2-6 months to do the first level between the corporate (Head Quarters) and the different departments/functions within the organization and associated business model.  The exact duration is subject to several factors that need to be assessed before any time estimate is made.   This include size of the organization,  number of branches,  number of departments/functions in the organization, diversity of offerings, size of the customer base ... etc.
