Focus areas 

This diagram illustrates how we develop, review and update our focus areas in light of market trends, technology trends and our own business model descriptors within Millennia-Vision Consulting.  It also shows how we map these focus areas into different offerings under training/awareness raising, consultancy and professional services, as well as specialized solutions.

It is worth noting that while "FOCUS AREAS" remain constant in our business model, the "content inside these focus areas" is subject to continuous review and update process.  This is how it is supposed to be anyway due to changes in market and technology changes, new trends and directions in each, and the emerging new paradigms in business and technology.
