Over the years, we have developed a set of basis concepts that we apply and adhere to in our services
MV-BTC: Millennia-Vision overall umbrella for our management consultancy and professional services comprising elements of business, technology and culture often found in key/strategic initiatives and large/complex projects. The sequence and pattern of these three elements has a point behind it. It is quite logical to start with business aspects first, establish the business case, build the justification for it, explore the business model ... etc. Once the business aspects are properly covered, we move on to the technology elements ..... and .... on to the culture elements ... MV-CCC: In the technology dimension; we look at IT and non-IT elements. The CCC letters stand for computing (IT), communications (ICT) and Control for full automation at the technology side of our services. We are not claiming we are the experts in any of these three fields, nor position ourselves as alternative or replacement to established vendors and suppliers of these technologies. Instead, we claim that we focus on the overlap area of these three technologies, how they interact and complement each other, and how they all fit within the overall solution. MV-AIO: is the ultimate goal we try to reach with our customers, full automation, integration and optimization of the entire business, and not just the technology part of it. Remember we are still talking business, technology (IT and non-IT) and culture, i.e. we are looking at all aspects related to people, process and technology and not just one element or two of these three elements. .... MV-TCS: This is our work engine within Millennia-Vision Consulting. It is a fully interactive and complementary business lines that work together and reciprocate with each other to bring maximum value to us and to our customers. We start with training or shall I call it "awareness raising" where we spread the word - through social media, national/regional events and in seminars/conferences - on what's going on regarding market/industry trends and future technology developments and directions. MV-E2E: This represents the horizontal "width" span of the necessary elements to be included in any scope of work (SoW) definition. E2E stands for "end-to-end" ensuring that all relevant things are included; nothing forgotten, nothing excluded and nothing ignored. MV-TOP5MAX: This represents the vertical "depth" span of the scope of work, going in-depth to cover up to 5 elements (maximum) in each and every one of the horizontal elements in the E2E coverage of the intended work. This will ensure that we allocate scarce resources (people, time, effort, money) on top-priority things that are most relevant to what we want to achieve through these services ...
