OLLCP
The first mention of OLLCP is in February 2005. Masayuki Akimoto was generating the algorithms.
Akimoto is a user of CFCE, so that is potentially a reason he had the idea.
Kenneth Gustavsson started working on it as well using the name XCLL.
In 2011, Thom Barlow developed a version of OLLCP that used the algorithm combination technique.
