Annual Reports

The annual report will be generated using reports from the Library World system, collaboration statistics, Titlewise analyses, and survey data. The report will be created using Piktochart. Reports will be given to the principal, school board, and teachers. Reports will be stored for four years.

To formulate Library World reports:

1. Login to Library World
2. Click MSD Library
3. Click Reports
4. Go to Circulation Reports
   1. Circulation Activity Report
      1. Choose dates August through May
      2. Choose both monthly and yearly reports
   2. Top Titles Activity Report
      1. Choose dates August through May
      2. Use the report to find most circulated titles in each section
   3. Top Patrons Activity Report
      1. Choose dates August through May
      2. Use the report to determine circulation numbers by grade

Collaboration statistics:

1. Monthly counts
2. Teachers
3. Topics taught

Titlewise analyses

1. Login to Titlewave
2. Click Your Account
3. Click Titlewise Analyses
4. Click Submit Collection
   1. Follow procedures to complete analysis

Survey data

1. Compile data from surveys created through Survey Monkey
