- The Library Media Specialist will meet with teachers to familiarize them with the materials, equipment, procedures, and services available in the Library Media Center
- The Library Media Specialist will give presentations at School Board and PTO Meetings to share what is happening in the library as well as any library needs (volunteers and funding).
- The Library Media Specialist will meet with each grade level to plan collaborative lessons.
- The Library Media Specialist will speak with each grade’s teacher(s) to learn the needs of their class and create lists of books needed to support the curriculum.
- The Library Media Specialist will hold student library orientations the first week of the school year.
