Referral Program

The referral program is on PAUSE for now. 

Marquis Commercial Solutions is always looking for people to join our team, and you can help. Research has shown, and our own experience supports, that new hires who come into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors, stay with the company longer and are more cost-effective recruits.

If you know someone who would be a good addition to our company, you may be awarded a referral bonus of $500 for a full-time employee and $250 for a part-time employee (less taxes) if you refer a candidate and he or she is hired. The new hire must stay with the company for 90 days for the active employee to receive a referral bonus. An active employee must work 10 hours/week or 40 hours/month to be eligible for the bonus. All referral bonus payments will be paid on the payroll after the referred employee’s 90-day milestone. Temporary and contract employees of Marquis Commercial Solutions are not eligible candidates for referral awards. 

Any disputes or interpretations of this employee referral program will be handled by management and human resources.
