This was a great experience teaching grade 5 students in a collegiate classroom at Calgary Academy. I had the amazing opportunity of teaching up to 50% for six weeks at the school.
Year 2: Fireside School - Grade 6

This was a wonderful experience teaching grade 6 students at Fireside School. It was a great opportunity to see how Rocky View School District runs and how it differs from CBE. I enjoyed my experience with the students, specifically working one-on-one tutoring a student in their fluency skills.

This was a great first experience teaching. I feel so lucky to have made an impact on the grade 1 students at Capitol Hill School. I enjoyed spending time with them each week and dipping my toes into the world of teaching. I am looking forward to continuing my teaching journey in the coming years.
