4. License Policy

Perpetual Commercial license

The commercial license of plugin LwCad for LightWave is perpetual. It is not time limited!

The commercial license can be used also without direct connection to the Internet.

The trial license of plugin LwCad for LightWave is time limited. The license is valid 30 days from the date of activation!

The trial license can only be used with direct access to the Internet.

The commercial license of plugin LwCad for LightWave is identified by an unique LwCad serial number and registered user's email.

With the email and the serial number, owner is able to activate license or login to lwcad.com portal.

Upon activation, the LwCad License is permanently associated with the LightWave license.

Activation generates a seat that is permanently locked with the LightWave Lock ID.

One LwCad license seat can be used on multiple computers, but only with the same LightWave license.

One commercial license may have more than one seat.

Each additional seat of the license can be activated with a different LightWave license.

LwCad license version number consists of two parts.

Major number represents a year, and minor version represents a subversion.

License updates between the main numbers are usually paid.

License updates between sub-versions are always free for licenses with a same year version.

LwCad license can be transferred or sold to another user upon request.

But it cannot be re-associated with another LightWave license!

The LwCad license can be returned within 7 days of purchasing the product for any reason, unless activated.

If the license is activated, a refund is no longer possible!

The product can be tested before purchase for 30 days in a fully functional trial mode!
