He is usually appearing with the glass of... some unidentified red liquid in his hands. In his enraged form, it becomes much more monstrous, a huge bat-like creature with sharp teeth and strong hands. Also, presumably, it can summon minions (bats) and let them wander around the facility, observing through them. It can communicate through human language." - Naoya

Behaviour: "Yet to receive information regarding it's work preferences and such. Agent Philip worked with this abnormality once, his work of choice was Insight, and after cleaning the room Abnormality reacted normally, if not a little bit uncaring. It seems to have some kind of "Wish" related theme going around, so stay on guard."

Breaching History: "It seems to wander around the facility and mess up around. Tossing coins (I believe it's for deciding - to help or to intrude. This supports my assumption that it breaches after something else breached). It can manipulate our mental and physical strength, weaknesses and such. But It does not attack in it's normal state. If I'm not wrong... It can communicate with another abnormalities? This is your homework. Find out. Anyway. It will wander around, mess up with our struggling, also messing with equipment - precisely, doors - bringing more abnormalities to breach. It itself confirmed, that it is all to relieve boredom. So any of it's further actions must be perceived from this perspective. If you try to hit it, though, it will turn into it's second form. The vampire monster (check the beginning) with an absurd amount of strength will attack it's intruder and chase them down. Confirmed by me. It doesn't seemed to care enough to mess up with anything in such state, so take your notes. Even in it's second form, it turned back to It's normal after some time and returned to the containment unit voluntarily." - Naoya "

Nothing_There

Risk Level: ALEPH

Description: A dog made out of flesh…some parts like arms and legs clearly stand out from the normal appearance it should have.

In its second form, it becomes a shell , similar to an egg, made out of human insides.

In its third form, it becomes bipedal as it gains what would be its “face” with malformed eyes and mouth, an open stomach with what seems to be the tongue of the dog form, two claws made of meat which can transform into blades as strong as metal.

Behaviour: "Of course, to keep the pure strength you need someone strong. You will be in trouble too, if you can't finish your job in time. So only those who are strong and quick should be allowed to work with this abnormality.

But always remember. If the employee which worked with Nothing There didn't returned in time, you should never try to rescue them. It's a personal advise from sir Daat and I don't want you all to take it lightly." - Naoya


If you do end up entering, You'll see that only whoever worked with the abnormality remains inside, with Nothing There nowhere to be seen, before being brutally attacked by the abnormality using the person's body as its shell.
Said person won't die but they will be rendered unconscious and then Nothing There will breach.

Breaching History: When NT breaches, It will first be in its dog form with 150 HP ( x1 to all damages, x2 to PALE damage).

It can attack with a bite dealing 25 RED Damages.

After a round, It will turn into shell-egg form, his HP becoming 250 (IMMUNE to RED, WHITE and BLACK are both x0,6 while PALE is x1,2).

It cannot attack in this form.

After two more rounds, It will turn into its last form…It’s HP will increase to 500 HP (IMMUNE to RED, WHITE and BLACK are both x0,4 while PALE is x0,8).

Backwards Clock

Description: Backward Clock (D-09-104) is a WAW Abnormality resembling a clockwork machination, similar to an open container with 4 Nixie tubes attached to it, displaying multiple gears at the front and a wind-up key to the right side.

Work Notes: An employee can work on Backward Clock four times, lighting up one light each until all of them are lit. This state is referred to as “fully charged”. If an employee uses the Backward Clock when fully charged, the following effects will happen:

  • All escaped Abnormalities or Ordeals in the facility will be re-contained or killed.

  • All types of Qliphoth Meltdowns will be removed from every abnormality in the facility.

  • All of the Qliphoth Overloads will be removed from all WAW and ALEPH abnormalities. It will not remove the -50% Qliphoth Overloads on Abnormalities in departments that have all of their employees killed, since it doesn't bring employees back to life.

This effect is given with the cost of the employee dying and the backward clock disappearing until the day is over, leaving nothing in the containment room.


Big Bird

Risk Level: WAW

Description: Big Bird (O-02-40) is an Abnormality in the form of a big, round, black, featherless bird, with arms instead of wings. It has 17 yellow eyes (implied to be at least 47 in one of its flavor text quotes) and a sharp beak. It holds a lantern with a wick of its melded feathers inside it.

Work Preferences: Big Bird works normally under Instinct and Attachment work, badly against Insight work and detests Repression Work.

E.G.O.: Black Bird’s EGO Set “Lamp” deals heavy BLACK damage while the suit endures both RED and WHITE damage, resists BLACK damage and is weak to PALE damage.

Work Notes: After an employee died within the facility, the Qliphoth Counter decreased.

When the work result was Bad, the Qliphoth Counter decreased.

Silent Orchestra

Description: The Silent Orchestra (T-01-31) is an Abnormality in the form of a group of white humanoids, with parts of them composed by musical notation such as eighth notes and various clefs. The conductor, which is the only entity in the containment room, is similar to a limbless mannequin. It is held up by a pole stabilized by a base, is dressed like the conductor of an orchestra, and has eighth note patterns on its head. It possesses hands, although they only appear when performing its Ability and in its Encyclopedia Picture.

Breaching History: When the Qliphort counter reached 0, Silent Orchestra breached containment. The music that is played by The Silent Orchestra when it escapes consists of 4 Movements. Silent Orchestra is immune to every kind of damage except for one which it becomes vulnerable to (2.0) during each movement: PALE > BLACK > WHITE > RED. When the music reached its climax, Silent Orchestra set every single PE boxes acquired in the Aziluth department to 0. It has 500 health while breaching and deals 40 WHITE damage to everyone in the room at the end of each initiative order.

E.G.O.: Silent Orchestra EGO set “Da Capo” deals WHITE damage while the suit is resistant to WHITE damage, endures RED and BLACK damage and is weak to PALE damage. Cost: 150.

Work Preferences: Silent Orchestra dislikes any work at low levels. It detests Instinct work at any level, and dislikes Repression work at high level. It works normally at high level Insight and Attachment, and likes very high level work of either category.

Behaviour: Utterly despondent to human beings. When interacting with living creatures, O-02-63 will imitate basic human speech in an attempt to gain familiarity and closeness to subjects. However, it will violently impale those that get to close, utilizing a blackened great sword to kill them. Their bodies would soon fall apart as they were TAKEN TAKEN TAKEN TAKEN TAKEN TAKEN When breaching, O-02-63 is not immediately hostile, but will attack anyone who interacts with it, or remains in the same room as it for longer than 20 minutes.

Breaching History: O-02-63 Breached when:

  • Any kind of Attachment Work was performed. When this happens, O-02-63 will immediately attack it's occupying agent.

  • After conducting Repression work on Ouroboros three times, she will snap and breach containment instantly.

It is resistant to all types of damage (0.4) but WHITE damage, in which it takes damage on a x1 scale.

Deals 20% PALE damage to a single target and has 300 HP while breaching.
