Scope of work performed for the Association of Polish Artists, Poznań District

Introduction of the Association of Polish Visual Artists, Poznań District, to the project co-financed by the City of Poznań "Between cultures – the timbre of the Jesuit Gallery", 9 September-9 November 2023.

- Invitation of ZPAP O. Poznański to the project as a project partner and co-organizer of events at the preparatory stage;
- Representation of the interests of ZPAP O. Poznański during numerous meetings with co-organizers, project partners and representatives of the City of Poznań;
- Substantive studies, organizational work;
- Catalog and e-catalog of the exhibition - preparation, printing;
- Qualitative documentation of exhibits - for further activities of artists, to the archives of ZPAP O. Poznański, to the archives of the gallery under the patronage of ZPAP O. Poznański Galeria u Jezuitów;
- Facebook events, banners, descriptions of events;
- Assembly, disassembly, framing of works, descriptions of exhibits and printing;
- Posters, leaflets, invitations, banners – preparation, printing, distribution (including to the City Culture Department, along with the exhibition catalogue);
- Preparation and development of exhibition regulations;
- Acceptance of exhibits before the exhibition – electronically (works, CVs, exhibition regulations);
- Acceptance of exhibits for assembly, organisation and care of acceptance of works after the exhibition.

Project events:

1) Concerts from the Tower - Dawid Tokłowicz, Yuri Voloshyn. 9-10.09.2023;

2) Discussion panel entitled "Tembre of Poznań art: from urban culture to social culture" and piano and vocal concert by Łukasz Wicenciak. 7.10.2023;

3) Exhibition "Icon and its interpretations" and concert of choirs "Unisono". 4-9.11.2023.
