"Golems" - Michał Bocian

Arrangement of the exhibition "Golems" by Michał Bocian, Intermedia - Magdalena Abakanowicz University of Arts in Poznań 19.5.2022, underground shelter Park Wilsona from the side of the Poznań Palm House.

Michał Bocian refers to the legend of the Golem from the Hasidic tradition, exhibits the humanoid figure itself, also in its post-gaming, cinematographic, illustrative variants. As a creator of drawings and sculptural objects, he collects a collection of contemporary golems, which could be viewed at a specially arranged exhibition in a unique place that favors the process of "golemosis". The transition between subsequent stages of the labyrinth is associated with discovering subsequent metamorphoses of the titular creature.
