Angelina Storozhenko's photography exhibition at the Cultural Centre and Public Library of the Suchy Las Commune, Barak Kultury.

Angelina Storozhenko's photography exhibition is a space that allowed people with refugee experience to forget about traumatic war experiences and enabled a symbolic return to the times before the war. The exhibition presents works created several years ago, but in the face of war their expression was strengthened by reminding us of the most important values. The opening of the exhibition took place during an event organised by Barak Kultury and financed by the Poznań County "Mobile Help Centre" at the Cultural Centre and Public Library of the Suchy Las Commune. The main goal of the centre's activity is to provide assistance to people in the refugee crisis from Ukraine who have found a roof over their heads in the communes of the Poznań County. This is special assistance, allowing them to create a new home for them in which they will be able to feel at home. This is extremely important, because not all Ukrainians can return to their homeland. The Mobile Help Center is a project that allowed us to forget about the negative emotions associated with war and created a safe space for meetings, conversations, creative activities, fun and relaxation.
