Volunteers & Wish List

Classroom volunteers are always welcome!

Volunteers can come on a regular basis or to help with specific activities. Activities could include:

Reading a story
Helping with paint or other art activity
Supervising a science station
Playing a game
Helping students with work (coloring, cutting, pasting, etc.)
Running a PE station

Wish List:

2023-2024 brings significant changes: I have selected new furniture to set the classroom up with multiple learning areas. These areas will include reading, writing, math, science, dramatic play, along with a calming corner, sensory table, light boxes, listening center, PE shed, and more! I have also selected materials appropriate for TK instruction and play. Some of the materials have been ordered and others will be ordered once the school year starts. I do not have enough funds to cover all of the things on my wish list.

If you would like to donate, gift cards to Lakeshore Learning, Amazon, or Target would be greatly appreciated. I am also happy to share specific items from my Lakeshore or Amazon wish lists.

After we get a new PE Shed (Yay!), I plan to submit a DonorsChoose.org project to fund tricycles! I am waiting because I do not have the dimensions of the shed and need to see what will fit.
