We will be having both virtual and in-person meetings during the school year. Your family will be meeting me in person every other Learning Period. Your family will be either EVEN or ODD for in-person meetings.
You will be able to sign up for all meetings via the link on your family Google Sheet Doc. I will provide a link for each Learning Period, and generally, we will do it at the end of each meeting for the next one.
MONTHLY MEETINGS
Every month, we will be meeting to discuss progress, struggles, and successes. Most of these meetings take place on Zoom this year, but hopefully, some will be in person. These meetings last approximately 30-45 minutes (a bit longer perhaps for new students). You will be prepared to share your Pacific Coast Academy school work in your organizational method of choice (binder, file, etc.) for me to look over, including work samples from each of the core subject areas for TK-8th grade students (all courses for High School students). I will also be working with you to create goals and measure academic growth.
You can use the schedule of meetings in your Google Doc in your Family Google Folder so that you can mark your calendar well in advance for your meeting dates and times. If an emergency occurs and you are unable to attend your scheduled meeting, it is important that you get in touch with me as soon as possible.
