It goes over both sea fishing, open public waters like rivers and streams and private owned waters. The webpage contains some data over the sport of fishing. I found out that Italy is a lot like America for recreational fishing.
2. “Italian Geography Map, Facts, and Climate.” TripSavvy. Accessed March 25, 2019. https://www.tripsavvy.com/the-geography-of-italy-4020744. This source focuses on how geography impacted the way of Italians and their industrial and recreational uses of the land. The webpage goes over the climate in different locations of Italy. Also, mentions the landscapes such as mountains and rivers, and how the Italy uses these geographical features for their advantage. I learned a lot about the landscape in Italy and even learned about Italy’s Volcanoes.
3. “Italy - Agricultural Sector | Export.Gov.” Accessed March 25, 2019. https://www.export.gov/article?id=Italy-Agricultural-Sector. This webpage mentions everything about the agriculture sector and how it affects Italy’s economy. Also, mentions being a trading partner with the U.S. in agriculture. Takes a look at different parts of Italy and what best grows there. Found out that U.S. exports fish to Italy and thought it was interesting being that Italy is a coastal country.
4. “Italy - Eurofish.Dk.” Accessed March 25, 2019. https://www.eurofish.dk/italy. This source is all about Industrial fishing and aquaculture. It talked about how each one of these ways of fishing works and their significance. An informational page that also looks over the Italian fleet and fishing sectors that includes up to date data. I learned that some industrial fishing is nothing like fishing at all but is more like fish farming.
5. “Italy - Resources and Power.” Encyclopedia Britannica. Accessed March 25, 2019. https://www.britannica.com/place/Italy. This webpage looks into multiple areas of Italy specifically agriculture, forestry, fishing and resources. Dove a little deeper into learning more about the agriculture and fishing in Italy because they are of great importance to the culture. States Italy’s resources and where they are located and other data. Also, looks at the different types of agriculture and plant life in Italy. Learned that Italy grows most of the ingredients of the foods Italy is famous for in Italy.
6. SCI. “Great Hunting In Italy!” Hunt Forever, December 20, 2017. https://huntforever.org/2017/12/20/great-hunting-in-italy/. This webpage talks about Italy’s hunting culture compared to the European Union. Looks into the history of hunting in Italy and what hunting is like today in Italy. States which animals can be hunted. Found out that Italy has a type of deer called “RoeBuck” which looks different but is said to be very similar to Americas Whitetail deer.

Accessed March 25, 2019. https://www.livescience.com/44376-italian-culture.html. This source focuses on Italy’s culture. It goes into detail about what Italians do for fun and recreation. List some important aspects of Italian culture for example family, business, art, architecture, and food, but also does a good job explaining why they are important to Italy. Learned about what the majority of Italians like to do and find it very different than America.
