The theater program at Loveland High School will be putting on a show this week. The show will consist of two plays that are one act long. The plays will be Check Please!, with the cast consisting of only seniors, and The Lottery which will be directed by a senior student, Emily Hubbard.

The last show for seniors is the play, Check Please. The cast will be having seniors only as this is a send-off from Loveland High.
In Check Please, the two main characters Guy and Girl sit a few tables away from each other as they go through a series of first dates with nutcases until they finally bump into each other at the end of the play.
As we approach graduation seniors in the theatre program will have a last show to be a part of and this will be Loveland's last production of the year along with The Lottery.
The play is going to be directed by Karen Bieser and Faith Crill, a junior.

Check Please will not be the only show. The Lottery which will be directed by a senior student, Emily Hubbard will also be performed.
The Lottery is a short story written by American writer Shirley Jackson. In the story, a village holds an annual lottery. Although the people are not very fond of it they still are unable to let go of tradition. The fate person who wins the lottery is revealed in the end in a dark twist.
The Lottery's cast will not consist of just seniors. This show will have students from all grades acting in it.
