Affirmations are things you say out loud or in your head to prep your mind to shift you do it while trying to shift and also do it throughout your day to help when you do try and shift they are just things that you say to help. You can say these during the day while listening to the Hogwarts playlist, or thinking about shifting. Or just use it when a method suggests so. Your affirmations have to be DR themed. Meaning that they should be something along the lines of "I will shift to my desired reality tonight", "I have shifted", saying these affirmations or something similar, helps your unconscious brain shift.
