To begin this method, start by, laying down in a comfortable position. Get a good feel of your CR house, the smell, the rooms, the sounds, everything. Imagine yourself walking to the door of your home. Get on the porch and imagine you're swinging in a rocking chair or bench. As you're swinging, think of everything that has led up to this point. Think of all the good things, bad things, pain, trauma, joy, laughter, heartache. Once your head is full of thoughts, let go. Just stop thinking, imagine every memory about yourself just going away. Imagine your thoughts and memories as something tangible, I imagined mine as butterflies flying into the Emerald Gates (aka your DR portal/doorway). Once you've done that, Imagine a long yellow brick road in front of your house. Whenever you're ready, start walking forward. Don't look back. As you're walking, keep saying your affirmations and intentions. Then , imagine a character or multiple characters meeting you on the road. They should ask you questions about your DR "What does your house look like?" "What will you eat once you're there?" "What does your DR self look like!" "Who are your friends?" As you reach the end of the yellow brick road, keep affirming yourself until you get to Emerald City. The character or characters that followed you will say "It's time to go home." or "Are you ready?" Say yes and open the emerald gates. Walk through the gates and imagine your DR bedroom.
