The Steven Universe Method

To use this method, lay in any position you want. Imagine you and a person from your DR are in a flower field dancing to music together. at the end of the song hold each other close and lean into each others faces (or lean into each other in general.) then imagine you're both fusing together like they're becoming a part of you. At the end of the fusion there will be a mark on the back of your hand representing your character. At the end say in your DR self's voice "the universe and I are now connected and I have shifted."
