For this method you, lay on your bed in a starfish position , T pose with your arms and legs. Then close your eyes and count to 100 say affirmations every 10 seconds and continue once u get to 100 you should feel as if you are in your DR or sleep continue to affirm the whole time. you should feel weird, tingly or other symptoms. (I just want to note that the T pose or starfish position, isn't 100% needed and the method will still work if you lay on your back or side, this is the method I use and I lay on my side. Baby shifters are also frequently told that they cant move while trying to shift, I don't think that's true, the whole point is that it's comfortable! so be comfortable!).
