Further to our Notice for collection of the Exigency fund dated 10/2/2020 and our discussion with senior members of the Association, we would like to inform the following:

1. The expenditure incurred during FANI was under emergent conditions. The repair of Boundary walls, Electrical repairs, cutting of fallen trees and other civil repairs were essential to maintain safety and security of the complex. Thus the expenditure was incurred from the available Society funds immediately. An account of expenditure incurred is given below. We would therefore request the flat owners to contribute Rs. 4,400/- per flat to make up the expenditure incurred from Society funds towards FANI Cyclone repairs.

Thus the expenditure was incurred from the available Society funds immediately. An account of expenditure incurred is given below. We would therefore request the flat owners to contribute Rs. 4,400/- per flat to make up the expenditure incurred from Society funds towards FANI Cyclone repairs.
2. The work in our “U” Road (Work under progress) and other proposed Developmental works therein will add a lot of value to our flats besides making the place available for small socio-cultural activities and safe walking place for our residents. Our share of expenditure toward this work is estimated to be Rs. 90,000/-. A provision of about Rs. 12,000/- is kept towards cost overrun and miscellaneous expenditure. (Rs. 1,600/- per Flat).
2. The work in our “U” Road (Work under progress) and other proposed Developmental works therein will add a lot of value to our flats besides making the place available for small socio-cultural activities and safe walking place for our residents. Our share of expenditure toward this work is estimated to be Rs. 90,000/-. A provision of about Rs. 12,000/- is kept towards cost overrun and miscellaneous expenditure. (Rs. 1,600/- per Flat).
The details are given in the Two Tables overleaf. All flat owners are requested to contribute Rs. 6,000/- towards the captioned expenditures. For the convenience of our Resident Members, the Amount may be contributed in 1 (Rs. 6K), 2 (Rs. 3K each) or 3 (Rs. 2K each) consecutive monthly instalments. The collection starts from 1-Aug-2020. After 31-Mar-2021, the Managing Committee will decide about the Late fees for this.

For the convenience of our Resident Members, the Amount may be contributed in 1 (Rs. 6K), 2 (Rs. 3K each) or 3 (Rs. 2K each) consecutive monthly instalments. The collection starts from 1-Aug-2020. After 31-Mar-2021, the Managing Committee will decide about the Late fees for this.
