VP's Address

Presiding Officer (Vice-Preident)’s Address:

Good evening, Ladies & Genlemen! We welcome you all to this AGM 2021 and thak you all for participating in the VC mode.

Kindly note that this evening we are holding this AGM under extraordinry situation as given below:

1. COVID-1 pandemic 2nd wave is not yet over, may have a 3rd wave

2. 2, The President of our Managing Committe is seriously ill

3. The Secretary of our Managing Committe is just out of a family quarantine

4. The AGM is being conducted in the Video Conferencing mode

5. The Vice President of our Managing Committe is the presiding officer, who is conducting the meeting.

Hence, under these circumstances, our AGM's Agenda shall be limited to only two business transactions, namely,

1. the Annual Reports & Budget,

2. the Election of Members of the New Managing Committee.

We shall do away with (1) the Q & A Session, (2) the Bye-Law Amendment Session.

These items may be taken up later by the New Managing Committee. I request all our members to kindly cooperate. Thanks!
