in the Meeting held on 3-Oct-2021 at 6.00 pm.

Good Evening Ladies & Gentlemen! This is B N Chaki, outgoing Vice President and Presiding Officer, conducting this Meeting to select the Office Bearers from amongst the Newly Elected Members of the Managing Committee.

Though I am not a member of this new Managing Committee, this is my last duty to assist the Members to select a balanced group of Office Bearers. With great sincerity, and with the discussions with the newly elected members, the following Names for the Office Bearers are finalised:

The handing over of charges to the newly elected / selected Office Bearers shall take place on 10-Oct-2021, in the 1^st Monthly meeting of the new managing committee.
