The Treasurer’s Report for the AGM 2021
Good evening, Ladies & Genlemen! We welcome you all to this AGM 2021 and thak you all for participating in the VC mode. I am putting forward the following the following Points:
1. This Report pertains to the last two years of this Managing Committee (since the last AGM held on 01-May-2019), as there was no AGM in 2020 because of Corona Pandemic.
2. The Google Site for our Society was launched on 22-Mar-2020.
3. The Capital Maintenance (Corpus Fund) - 2020 Collection was started on 01-Aug-2020. Till 31-Mar-2021 (FY-2020-21) only 52 Members have cleared it. As of 31-Aug-2021 only 61 Members have cleared it. Only 2 Members are yet to pay.
4. W.e.f 01-Jul-2021, the society contributes Rs. 4500/- quarterly to the KGN Bikash Parishad on account of the maintenance of the “U” road which shall be utilised for Paid Car Parking.
5. The Company which operates the Antenna has merged with another company and renamed as the Indus Towers Ltd. We have renewed the contract for 7 years w.e.f 16-June-2020 with a monthly rent of Rs. 29,700, to be incremented @5% every year on cumulative basis. So as of now the rent is Rs. 31,115/- pm.
6. Internal Audit was duly carried out for the FYs of 2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21.
7. External Audit was duly carried out by the Chartered Accountant for the FYs of 2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21 (underway).

13. The Managing Committee does NOT recommend any increase in the Monthly Contribution as of now. However, in case of emergency / unforeseen heavy expenses, we shall request our Members to contribute to the Corpus Fund, as usual.
