Thanks giving:
· At the very outset on behalf of the Members of the Managing committee, and my own behalf I sincerely thank all the Office Bearers, namely, The President, The Vice President, The Treasurer, The Three Joint Secretaries, for their best cooperation in managing the Society.
ITD-TDS Refund:
· I am glad to announce that the TDS amount that are deducted from the Rent paid by M/s Bharati Infratel Ltd., have been refunded by the IT Department. During the Last 3 Financial Years we have recovered about Rs. 81K. (Pls refer to the Report)
Capital Maintenance / Corpus Fund:
· If you all remember, this collection started in 2017-Nov. Till now All except 2 members have paid this.
· All the Projects designated for this purpose have been implemented except two, for a Total Expense of Rs. 3.8 L. Completed Projects are:
· Repair of the collapsed and other Boundary Wall, Colouring of the Boundary Wall, Drain Structure all around our Campus, A Shed for the DG Set, and Main Switches for Blocks 2 & 3. Block 1 will have some Electrical renovation shortly.
· The two Projects remaining to be implemented under this Fund are (1) Intercom Major Repair, and (2) the “Earthing / Lighting Arrestor and Ground Circuit installation / renewal. The total estimated cost is approx 2.5 L. These are expected to be taken up shortly.
Other Capital Projects at Hand:
· Currently we have only one Project at hand which has been recently finalized. The CCTV Project is underway.
· One more project for Fire Hydrants will be taken up shortly.
· Another Project of the Security Cabin near the Main Entrance (Bl-1) Gate.
Current FY 2018-19 Accounts Statement (1-Apr-18 to 31-Mar-19)
· Here we are submitting the Account Statement for the Financial Year 2018-19 (from 01-Apr-2018 to 31-Mar-2019), along with the Budget for FY- 2019-20. Kindly go thru’ the leaflet.
