The KVIPEAOA is wishing you a very Happy New Year 2021.
It has been decided to stop paying for the AMC of our existing Intercom system which has become obsolete and difficult to maintain due to non-availability of most spares and high cost of available spares. The cost of AMC is also very high.
Hence, it has been further decided for the Residents’ convenience to use three Feature Mobile Phones at three blocks for communication with the Security Guards by the Residents. To make the system effective and keep the cost low the following procedures have been made to be followed by both Residents and Security Guards.
1. One mobile number is to be identified by each Resident for communication and registered with the Security Guards.
2. In case the Residents need to communicate with the Security Guards, they may do so by simply dialling the respective Block Numbers given below.
3. The Security Guards are not authorised to make any outgoing calls except for the purpose of this system.
4. In case the Security Guards need to communicate with the Residents, they may do so by simply making a missed call to the identified mobile number of the Resident.
5. The Residents are requested not to receive (pick-up) the calls from the Security personnel. But immediately after completion of the missed call, the residents should call back the Security Guard to receive any information.
6. Residents are requested NOT to deviate from this provision strictly. Else, the system will be useless as the mobiles have only minimum recharge to carry on this process. Also repeated violation by any resident will result in suspension of this facility to the resident.
7. All the members are requested to cooperate to make the system smooth and fruitful.
