Following points were discussed and agreed upon :
· It is decided to lay the paver blocks on the “U” shaped road around Nandadevi Apartment. The old paver blocks which will be taken out by Nandadevi will be utilized. It is estimated that the total expenses will be around Rs. 2.8 L ( Rupees two lakh eighty thousand only ) which will be shared between three Association i.e Rs 90 K will be paid each by Kanchanjanga and Gangotri Association and balance will be by Nandadevi Association.
· The above estimate includes the cost towards laying of Paver blocks, sand, cement, bricks and retaining wall
· It is also decided to start the work by end of this month subject to further clearance from Kanchanjanga and Gangotri Associations.
· In the event, both the above Associations i.e Kanchanjanga and Gangotri will not agree with the proposal then Nandadevi Association will free to dispose off their used paver tiles.
· Nandadevi requested and informed to all concerned to use the vacant spaces of the “U” shaped road adjacent to Gangotri to keep the paver blocks till it is disposed off.
· The intention of carrying out the above job is to maintain a clean environment, develop paid parking spaces and space to have social functions etc.
· The modalities of usage of parking spaces will be decided by the respective Associations.
